Job Summary

The Production Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the activities of the production crew to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes. This position is responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, meeting production targets, and fostering a positive work environment within the team. 

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

-Supervise, train, and mentor production crew members

-Set clear performance expectations and provide feedback to the team

-Foster a motivated work atmosphere

Production Oversight

-Monitor and manage daily production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production goals

-Ensure the efficient and safe operation of machinery and equipment

-Identify and address any production issues or delays promptly

Quality Control

-Enforce quality control procedures to maintain product quality standards

-Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on finished products

-Take corrective actions to address quality issues

Safety Compliance

-Promote and enforce safety policies within the crew

-Ensure adherence to all safety regulations

-Report any safety incidents or near misses

Documentation and Reporting

-Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and quality issues
